Never had a problem with the app until I updated. You guys need to fix this. Its no wonder people are getting Apple Watch.

Loved the watch before the iOS 9 update. When will the developers fix this problem. Just kicks me out when I try to sync.

App doesnt work with ios 9...

Me and every other iOS user are wondering if there is going to be a patch for the iOS 9 software update. There has not been an update to the Soleus Go software since mid February. I tried to contact tech support and I got crickets! I hope I didnt spend all of this money on a fitness tracker that wont function properly. What a shame. Could be a great product if tech support would just step up to the plate.

The new app is great since now the watch will sync to my phone. The only thing I wish you guys would fix is the weather synchronization and make it so that the messages notifications refresh so that it only shows unread messages.

Love my band! Enjoy the app. If it could link with My Fitness Pal, I would give it 5 star rating for sure!

Very disappointed with the update...it keeps saying device not found

Still not working!! Have tried all the suggestions from support, still says device not found, now support is not responding, they are no help at all.

Needs improvement There should be a week day alarm

Says device not found, I have done everything! Reset, delete it and still the same! So disappointed!

Works great just figured out why it said device not found you have to sync data from band just turn on hold down till device says sync data and phone will find device

Would NOT recommend the soleus go. Step count is t accurate - you get "steps" for simply moving your arm. App is ridiculously contrary. About every other time I try to sync the device with my iPhone, I have to "forget" the device and pair again. The device was a gift last Christmas and Ive had to have it replaced once. Wouldnt recommend at all.

This is simply amazing, everything works for me, so to those that it isnt working for; you most likely arent using it right! Thanks for the amazing watch!!

Nothing but the time is accurate. Found my phone one time after that it would not pair again. I would not recommend this anyone.
