This is awful app 1- Not sync anywhere (online) 2- Not sharing data to 3 party apps 3- Really bad looking 4- Only sync with the device wen you press the button.

The communication between app and Soleus wrist band is a little unstable. Is required to forget the device in Bluetooth tool detection, and make pairing procedure again a lot of times. I feel a lack of function in the wrist band that is the warning vibration that it is not paired with iPhone in reason of distance between both. It may help to do not forget the phone even in a day of work. Anyway this product have a great future. Thanks!

The tracker has such great features but the app is horrible. Doesnt auto sync, half the time fails on forced sync. Doesnt motivate me.

Please make this app work better. Always have to "forget devise" and start over. ITS PAINFUL.

Works great now that the weather is fixed, only issue is the band has to be re linked constantly to get notification!

Only worked the first time I tried it on my iPhone. Will not work together.

I never review apps but, you need this app for your watch to work. It never links. Its the most useless app I have ever downloaded

Doesnt sync to the soleus go! band.

Band stays BT connected but doesnt sync regularly.

This app is horrible! Syncing the data is cumbersome and ridiculous, not to mention it doesnt work half the time.

I absolutely love my Soleus Go! Band! I picked it over the Fitbit (around the same price). However, I wish this app worked better with the band. I have difficulty syncing sometimes to the app. I have no problem syncing the device with my phone. The Bluetooth on the device works great. I wish the app was more innovative. Maybe a better personal aspect. Like weight graphs and reminders syncing with device. I think the app could also be cosmetically more appealing. All in all, it does the job after a few tries.

Ive had the watch for about 2 1/2 weeks and it was awesome for a week. Then the app sopped syncing to my watch so I deleted to try to reset it only to find out it was deleted from the store. Now again it still says "data synchronization fail" so I cant change any of the settings on the watch because I reset it. i.e; sleep time step goals etc. Also the watch isnt counting my steps or distance correctly anymore. Very disappointed so far. Edit: So I fixed the problem but I had to make a new account because the user is stored ONLY on the bracelet, not the app or online. That needs to be fixed. Also the app should be able to sync to 2 Soleus-es instead of one because that would be very convenient. Thank you. Decent, needs improvement. Very frustrating.

Before the latest update you could set how many seconds the display would stay on max was 30seconds. Now that is gone and it only stays on like 8 seconds. I really need this to stay on longer. Can this be changed back? Please change this back, thank you .

Not good for anything more than armband! Without being able to sync and review the data on the app, its worthless to me. What a major disappointment! Before now, I loved it. Now I am so frustrated!!!

Works great for me havent had any problems yet

I received it as a gift. I have an iPhone 5. For the first few weeks I was impressed. Then the shoe fell. It failed to sync. I can find no hel for this issue so support also seems to be a total bust!! Great idea but unless help found it will be a significant waste of time & money!!

This works great together with app and wrist band, does all as advertised on iPhone 6. Cant connect to iPhone health or my fitness pal.

Got it yesterday ...so far the no pulse is driving me crazy and the sleep mode didnt work last night...???

I bought this when it was new and had little review about it, (my mistake). Its unimaginable that in all this time that the supporting app is still garbage with little care from the company, or any concern about user complaints or attempts to fix the app. Its a little ridiculous to have any company without a q&c department. Ive tried it on a few devices, some dont even support the app at all, and the devices that do, the watch doesnt sync. The only thing that makes sense about this nonsense is that it was an intentional company model to mass produce crap watches, put out a cookie cutter app which has a few pretty windows to entice buyers only to sucker ppl for quick profit. Try Fitbit since that company has its tech together and the watches and trackers are by far superior to the crap that is designed by soleus. Congrats soleus on screwing ppl out of money and lining your pockets, Im sure your sales have dropped and there is little time left on your expiration date. Good riddance.

The app is ok but it takes forever to sync and now that I have IOS 9 the app wont let me open it or use it every time I tap link device it shuts the app down
